VOE’s can be obtained instantly via our automated system and with 24-48 hrs. via customer service.

Will I be charged for this verification?

Clients and their employees are never to be charged for this service. The fee is paid by lending agency when obtaining your verification.

Who provides VSJ with my information?

Clients provide us with the employment and income data each pay period.

Is my information secure?

We use the highest standards of security to protect your data including resting end to end encryption.

Can I call customer service instead of using the automated system?

Yes, however the agent will be using the same system to retrieve your data.
